A cream ale with a twist. Carrot Cake Cream Ale was designed to bring all the flavors of a carrot cake to beer form. Spiced, lightly soured, cream flavored (no dairy!) and fermented with a generous addition of purple carrot puree. This beer is an experience of not to be forgotten for the eyes and the taste buds.
