Q: How do you ensure the safety of your canned products?
A: We work with Gluten-Free Certification Organization to ensure a safe process. All rubber parts live in our brewery, are dedicated, and never travel. We use fresh cleaning fluid for stainless steel materials. The canning machine is spot tested for protein & gluten. We have yet to have a failed spot test, but if a spot test came back testing positive for gluten, all materials would undergo another cleaning and testing cycle.
