Review and Testimonial
terms and conditions of submission

By submitting a testimonial or review, you give Ground Breaker Brewing, LLC the right to use your submission in whole, or in part, together with your name and likeness.

Testimonials/reviews may be used for any form of activity relating to Ground Breaker Brewing, LLC's products and services, in printed and online media, in the absolute discretion of Ground Breaker Brewing, LLC.

Ground Breaker Brewing, LLC reserve the right to correct grammatical and typing errors, to shorten testimonials prior to publication or use, and to review all testimonials prior to use. Ground Breaker Brewing, LLC shall be under no obligation to use any or any part of any testimonial or product review submitted.

By submitting a testimonial or product review under these Review and Testimonial terms and conditions of submission you agree, give permission for and hereby grant any necessary licence so that Ground Breaker Brewing, LLC may publish and/or reproduce any part of the testimonial on the Customer Reviews and Testimonials pages of the Ground Breaker Brewing, LLC website and/or in any other format.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ground Breaker Brewing, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, from and against those liabilities, damages and costs arising out of third party claims to the extent caused your willful misconduct, negligent act, error or omission, or anyone for whom you are legally responsible, subject to any limitations of liability contained in this Agreement. You agree to reimburse Ground Breaker Brewing, LLC for reasonable defense costs for claims arising out of your professional negligence based on the percentage of your liability.

If you submit a testimonial, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not submit a testimonial.
